Subscriptions to church magazines are now available free of charge

Dear brothers and sisters,

We received a notice from church headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, that effective today, 1 February 2024, subscriptions to the church’s magazines are now available free of charge to church members living in the North America Northeast Area. These magazines include:

• The Liahona for adults, including young adults
• For the Strength of Youth for young women and young men
• The Friend for children

You can use your Church Account — your login for the church’s website, apps, and other online services — to choose your preferred subscription(s) through the church’s website. When you do so, paper copies of the magazine(s) you choose will be mailed to you each month at your home.

You will need to renew your subscription(s) to the print magazine(s) each year. The church will email you a reminder to do so.

If possible, each member should use his/her own Church Account to subscribe. However, if needed, ward leaders can activate subscriptions for ward members, including for youth and children with the permission of parents/guardians.

We are blessed to live in a time when the gospel and church of Jesus Christ have been restored and there are living prophets and apostles who speak today. Their teachings and counsel can be found every month in the church’s three worldwide magazines.
