Appointments with the bishopric
All interviews and other meetings with members of the bishopric should be scheduled in advance. You can make an appointment through the ward executive secretary, whose name and contact info are on the back of the program, in the online ward directory at directory.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, and in the Member Tools app. You can now also schedule a meeting with the bishop at
jamaica1stward.org/appointments
Interviews with the bishopric will be scheduled only on:
- 1st and 3rd Sundays, after 11.15am
- 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 6.00–8.00pm

Volunteers from the Jamaica 1st Ward are needed to help fill food orders for families in need in the Lynbrook New York Stake. All food and other supplies are provided. May require moderate lifting.
